Victoria Armstrong

Hello, I’m Victoria Armstrong, the other co-creator of Salty Sailor Presets. My older sister Michelle and I may look alike, but we promise we’re not twins. I’m a Long Island, NY native and relocated to Charleston, SC, in 2008, where I went to school and met my husband. I taught high school Special Education for four years while doing photography part-time.

My interest in photography began at a young age. Some of my earliest memories include posing for photos with my little hand on my hip and a huge grin across my face. I started to get more serious about photography when my husband and I went to Costa Rica. Around a decade later, I’m just as in love with photography as back then. In 2017, I opened my own studio to photograph newborns and life’s most important milestones. I went through a few professional cameras before landing on my current favorite, the Sony A7IV, with my 35mm to catch the best moments!.

I live for adventure. I have two handsome little dudes and am so grateful to be their mom. I love traveling, sunsets, puppies, mimosas, beaches, tanning, sipping on Dos Equis Amber, and dancing. I’m also a huge music lover and can pop, lock and drop it – if I do say so myself. I’m so excited to be part of Salty Sailor Presets and can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.
